How it works…
You provide the basic details (who’s being honored, where they work, when it is, who’s contributing, and who’s delivering)
We email the honoree’s colleagues and ask them What three words best describe [honoree name here]? (for colleagues who know them well, we also ask the optional questions: What’s your favorite memory with [honoree] from the past year? and Why are you thankful [honoree] has been with [organization] for the past year?)
We send you a fun presentation to be delivered to the honoree with all the comments and a word cloud made from the words that describe the honoree. You can then print and frame the word cloud yourself, or you can optionally pay us to print, frame, and ship it.
You share the presentation with the honoree on their work anniversary and give them the framed word cloud. When you’re done, you click the link to let us know.
We send thank you emails to everyone who contributed to the honoree’s presentation and encourage them to reach out to the honoree. (We also send the presentation to the honoree along with images they can post to social media.)

purely online is free:
We collect the responses from the honoree’s colleagues
We provide a printable word cloud that can then be framed and given to the honoree
We create the presentation for the honoree’s manager to present to the honoree on their work anniversary
We email the online presentation (including the online word cloud) to the honoree later on their work anniversary
Built into the process are lots of tips and best practices to assure everything goes smoothly
What’s not free:
If you’d like to give the honoree their word cloud physically, then you’ll need to print the word cloud on your printer (or at a business center like Staples where you can print a word cloud in color for 50 cents)
If you’d like to frame the word cloud, then you’ll need to buy a frame (which you can get for less than $3)

How does The Workiversary Group make money?
We sell printing, framing, and shipping to busy managers who don’t want the bother of doing their own printing or framing (or shipping to remote employees).
The cost of having us print, frame, and ship is a lot more than doing it yourself (if you exclude the cost of your time), and that’s how we make money.
It’s a peaceful Robin Hood business model — we charge the people who are rich enough to pay for convenience, and that subsidizes the experience for everyone.
